Scout and Guide Activities

Training Camp Scout and Guide training camp was arranged in Kotra village from 05th October 2013 to 08th October 2013. Our students attended this camp with our Teachers. Mr. Neeraj Poddar and Mrs. Mala Maitry. It was a learning experience for the students.

Hiking A one day hiking to Rabo Dam was arranged for the scout and guide students. Our students along with our teachers Mrs.Mala and Mr.Neeraj went for hiking on 10th October, 2013. It was an enjoyable experience for the students.

Interactive Session for Parents In order to develop and maintain cordial relation with parents, an interactive session for parents of class VI students was conducted on 17th and 31st August 2013. The response from the parents was encouraging and their suggestions were welcomed.

Social Awareness Program On the occasion of ‘Road Safety’ week a talk by the Traffic Police Department was arranged in our school on 7th January, 2014. They explained the rules of traffic and importance of following traffic rules to our students.

Staff Picnic To get rid of the year long tensions and stress of the academic session a picnic for the staff was arranged to Rabo Dam on 8th February, 2014. It was an opportunity for the teachers to relax themselves. And all enjoyed a lot. Games were conducted and the winners were given prizes. A delicious lunch was also provided by the Management.
